@afcevan I don’t understand how the club can change the ticketing policy half way through the season and not update the supporters🤣🤣 Do they seriously expect me to read through all the t&cs on the ticketing page each week just in case something changes?! Is an email too much to ask?!?!

@afcjxmes I wonder if they could introduce something like Tennis where each team can request say a maximum of 3 extra decisions to be reviewed by VAR? Wouldn’t make sense to have VAR forced to check every yellow or tackle etc but feel like this would combat the overall issue fairly well?

@GNev2 @Gunnersc0m The difference is, Gary, you’re supposed to be an expert. You make points but can’t back them up and when you break them apart you quickly realise they are full of holes. I mean, weren’t you confidently saying the youngest team itl had hit their ceiling at one point?

@Benny_Blancooo When I called up they told me if I was successful and then chose not to purchase the ticket in fam enc then it would decrease my chances of success in future ballots. I understand the logic behind this but surely they can’t say it’s completely independent when it’s clearly not…

@SheWore any idea why a JG ticket is more expensive than a Cannon member in the upper tier? I thought they were supposed to get discounted ticks if fam enclosure is sold out and as we were unsuccessful in that ballot surely the same thing? £97 for a junior can’t be right…

@tomstranks5 @ilanamansour @SheWore Whole systems messed up. So many different dates to remember people probs forget. Also only one person gets the email about whether or not you’re successful so I imagine if one person doesn’t check their emails then those going with them will have no idea they were successful.

Also seems they’ve placed us 3 seats apart despite applying as a pair. Obviously easy to swap but the principle is so flawed it’s a joke. Surely something illegal about this too…

@SheWore Went to every home game last season now 0/2.First ballot I applied for pair in FE but only JG was successful. Called club twice who said they would get back to me and heard nothing. But apparently not buying the single will now decrease my chances of being successful in future?!

@AFCSilverMember I applied for 2 tickets together in fam enclosure and only JG was successful. Spent hours on hold and said I didn’t apply on my other account. Just rechecked the email and says I applied… Don’t have 3+ hours to spend on the phone again.

@AFCSilverMember This needs to be sorted. How the club still hasn’t communicated this officially despite happily raking in all our membership fees without even telling us what we’re paying for is insane. Especially when keeping the value the same despite the product being so massively reduced…
