Could have gone to see @KateCeberano in Noosa yesterday, but Kevin thought it would be a great idea to get in a fight with a monster of a ginger cat in the front yard instead. So I spent the day at the vet and now ... my cat looks like this. #onyaKev

It was some kind of delicious sweet semolina, kinda porridge thing, with maybe ginger? I'm afraid I don't remember the name but I feel very spoiled.

Today at shift change one of the nurses showed up with a plastic container and a spoon and we all obligingly held out a hand for a treat. I get a very solemn "it's not spicy", which I appreciate. It's one of the best parts about working in a largely multicultural workplace.

I have conjunctivitis in both eyes.
They're so itchy I want to scream.
I have to put ointment in every 2 hours and it makes my vision horribly, frustratingly cloudy and never quite clears before it's time to reapply. 😫
