Black dutch soccer players being worse at penalties is exactly what you would expect if blacks had a genetic athletic advantage.

Blacks are able to make the team despite their small numbers in the Netherlands because of their athletic advantage. However, they are relatively unskilled compared to the white players because they don’t have an genetic skill advantage and they are being selected from a much smaller population pool.

This becomes obvious in the mostly skill based penalties.
