I would actually guess that educated people are more likely to be actively anti-Indian than non educated people. They are the ones who compete/interact with Indians directly.

@Cold_horizons They are being brought in specifically for tech work. They better be founding tech companies at a higher rate.

The question is whether they would found tech companies at higher rates than other people who would have those jobs.
