@carygolomb Circular dependency. People would use Linux if devs would care to make anti cheat work. Devs would make anti cheat work on Linux if more people used it. Chicken and egg dilema :(
@kroshkaruiya1 @carygolomb@prudis06@ZOTAC There are alternatives. I wish more companies gave at least partial first party support for Linux in their devices. Having the option can only make things better for all ;)
@roadtovostok Amazing, what's the best way to give our feedback? :) I was able to run it on the Steam Deck using Proton Experimental. 60-90fps on perf mode and 40-55fps on standard render mode (what's the difference??). Dusk/dawn and rain bring the GPU usage up a fair bit on the deck.
a Portrait of Tenochtitlan, my 3D reconstruction of the capital of the Aztec Empire is released!
I've been looking forward to this for a long time, and I am really curious what all of you think.
Take a look:

@carygolomb It's great work by him! I'm only trying to figure out the use of huge pages, which benefits mostly contiguous memory. The Arch wiki recommends disabling it: https://t.co/kKZSKdoft4
@carygolomb Interesting that the average TDP is very different: 15.2 W vs 13.6 W. Was the workload identical?
The Steam Deck profile seems to allow for higher TDP boosts. I wonder if the SD behaves similarly in Windows.
