@AIBIreland If customers have to wait more than 10 minutes you obviously don’t have enough staff. Over 30 minutes you are no longer providing any reasonable service. Over 45 minutes you are totally failing in your commitments to your customers. Do better
@RTBinfo I’ve written 4 emails in 3 weeks, called multiple times only to be disconnected after 15 minutes wait and your webchat is offline - how exactly do I get a response on a time sensitive rental question?

So . . . how risky is it to fly out of the uae to maldives for Eid? Risky like might need to cut the trip short or risky like might need to charter a private plane after weeks of lockdown?
