@dpdparcelwizard My heart sinks every time a company I buy from says delivery will be DPD. As ever, another botched delivery, arrived and gone again two days in a row with no reference to the info I put on the app on how to get into the building, no attempt to ring me. USELESS!

@OxfordBusCo waited 45 mins for a 300 back to Redbridge, timetabled to leave Westgate every 10 mins. Not selling public transport….

@Pru_UK My sister and I have been waiting a month for someone to get back to us about our late mother's policy; now I've seen all the complaints on here, I realise this is normal. Terrible customer service. Still waiting for a manager to 'call me back'.
