James Talarico, a Democrat, is quoting Scripture in his victory speech, and the crowd is cheering.
Democrats don’t hate religion. We hate watching people weaponize it.
Faith isn't the problem. Using God as a weapon against your neighbors is.
Gina Hinojosa: When we started this campaign a little over a year ago, I asked a simple question: Is Texas a state that is by and for the people of Texas?
Or is this a billionaire's world, and we just live here?
Does Texas belong to the people who rise before the sun, who work two jobs, who build our homes, who keep our hospitals running, who put everything they've got into small businesses and big dreams?
Or does it belong to the people who write the biggest check to politicians in Austin?
Tonight, Texas, we answered and we did not whisper.
We answered loud enough for every billionaire, every lobbyist, and every corrupt politician in Austin to hear.
Texas belongs to us.
This contentious interchange between the NY Times and @GinaHinojosaTX was truly amazing. Hinojosa offered one of the best explanations of populism I've ever seen. Her comments were a total rejection of Corporate Dems' neoliberal formula. Her Texas victory is a game changer.
It was clearly antizionist voting, not pro-Democrat one. The Americans rejected Zionism and wars. If democrats think that it is their victory and they are free now to push their wars they are wrong. What we have now in the USA is politico-ideological impasse. Dead end.
Zelensky and Trump both have Chabad handlers
Putin is very close to a Chabad rabbi and even fired a government official for criticizing Chabad
Is he also controlled?
Is the war just theatre so Jewish billionaires can get even richer?
@laralogan "Guys the POTUS is the real victim"
No you are the problem.
They still think we are stupid even after their propaganda has failed. Un-fucking-believable.
I’m running for governor.
For over a decade, Greg Abbott has made it easier for billionaires to profit while hardworking Texans struggle to afford groceries, housing, and healthcare.
But together, we can make Texas work for Texans again.
