Happy National Poetry Day!
Here is a Haiku inspired by a rainbow over the school buildings yesterday:
Big, dark stormy clouds
A ray of colour and light
Reminds me there's hope
#NationalPoetryDay
Over the pond, the list of English graduates includes Steven Spielberg, Oprah Winfrey, John Legend, Stephen King etc etc even scientists and astronauts have English degrees! The possibilities are only limited by your attitude.
As part of her Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) one of our Yr12 students has made a short film reflecting on how lockdown affected the mental health of young people.
