@RyanBenjamins You must have that slide open at least half an inch. Typical spread pattern is 28’ with those ones I thought and 1/8” opening. You can cover a lot of ground in a hurry!

@ptskloostra Just made plans for one. 40’wide (4bays@10’) plan is 14’depth. 6’concrete wall height with open framing above that 2’ on low end and 6’ at front. I think it’ll be plenty big for my herd which is the same as yours.

@Zeldenrust_Farm I don’t ask my bookkeeper (also my wife) to break down PWM into categories when she enters my hand records into PigKnows. But by far most of my deaths are attributed to starve outs. Crushes would be well under 1/ litter for sure. Blowers have been my solution for that problem.

@Zeldenrust_Farm Do pretty much the same at my farm. Sows look great! Not sure if it would benefit you, but I attached a very small y drop under the drops to divert the feed two ways and it spreads it out a little more.

@Zeldenrust_Farm @WheatPete I have done early manure many times and it works great. This year I chose early N and S with the sprayer and possibly manure at a later date when we put manure out pre corn plant. It’s perfect conditions to apply with dragline IMO . It’s trickier when you rely on custom app.

@deweteringagri @gerpa14 @DortmansB Just boards malfunctioning in a relatively short time. Either main board or actuator board. All controllers are in main hallway and at one time it was suggested that barn gas was the culprit. 🤷‍♂️
