@IrelandKimmer @sw_tweets "George's ex-wife" is the main reason Star Wars is popular. Without her, ANH tanks and no sequels.

She's the one who saved the film after George's first cut. She's also the one who added the DS attacking the rebel base on Yavin, originally they just flew to it and blew it up.

Your experiences may have varied, but TPM was a massive disappointment among OT fans on release. Our entire theater was laughing at the film and not in a good way.

It hasn't improved much with age, either, despite nostalgia form 90's kids

@TCGplayer I was a tournament director and ambassador for SW:CCG. Traded my MtG collection for boxes of Premiere and Hoth (ok that part was dumb). I was heavily involved from release day through Endor.

SW: Unlimited is the first time I've been as excited for a Star Wars card game since.

@JayUnplayable There are a lot of decks that are dependent on your opponent playing Units, so any deck that can lock them out by not playing them has an instant advantage.

I think that was Gui's wincon. Vader does it well but it could have been a different leader with the same strat.

If I had bet before the tournament started I would have put money on Palp blue being the surprise showing, not Vader blue. Gui crushed it though.

@RybackStun Just adding to my comment on thumbnails: take a sec and crop out just the artwork for all the Leaders. Unless the vid is about the card, avoid full card images w game text.

People have an instinctive reaction to text, even if you weren't expecting people to actually read it. 🤞

@RybackStun I hate going through a channel and seeing 90% the same thumb over and over.

What I've found works best is focusing on a consistent LAYOUT that is visually distinct from video to video via big foreground elements, minimized BG.

The Cinebinge reaction channel is a good example.

The lead time is crazy.

For SWU if it matters. I know they're saved locally somewhere.
