मैंने संजय राउत @rautsanjay61 के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS), 2023 की धारा 353(1)(b), 152, 196 और 197 तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 की लागू धाराओं के तहत तत्काल FIR दर्ज करने की मांग को लेकर @CPDelhi और संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त, @DCP_IFSO को औपचारिक शिकायत दी है।

यह शिकायत अल्बानिया के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को जलाए जाने की घटना का उल्लेख करने और भारत सहित सभी देशों को ऐसी घटनाओं से सबक लेने की बात कहने वाली उनकी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट को लेकर की गई है।

शिकायत में संवैधानिक संस्थाओं के विरुद्ध हिंसा को कथित रूप से बढ़ावा देने के मामले की जांच की मांग की गई है।

Instead, he has posted about the burning of Albania’s Supreme Court by protesters, said that the court was helping “corrupt prime ministers,” and declared that all countries, especially India, should “learn a lesson” from these events.

Glorifying violence against constitutional institutions, while already facing contempt proceedings, reflects a continuing disregard for the dignity of the Supreme Court and the rule of law. Democratic dissent is a right, advocating or celebrating attacks on courts and public institutions is not.

The Hon’ble Supreme Court cannot be intimidated. We will place the full facts before the Ld. Attorney General for appropriate action under the law. ⚖️🇮🇳
