No accountability, no callback, only changing “confirmed” delivery commitments for weeks n months
Truly pathetic customer concern and recognition.

@royalenfield 6–7 delivery commitments changed over 1+ month for my Royal Enfield Stellar Matt Grey booking from Aditya Royal Enfield, Rajkot.
Issue is now false commitments and poor communication, not just delay.
Hoping for immediate resolution.

@royalenfield Reasons changed every time - wrong colour shipment, inter-store arrangement, shipment from Chennai, etc.
Issue is no longer the delay, but repeated false commitments and changing timelines by Mr Vimal Doshi. Customers judge a brand by how such situations are handled.
