I received call from wrong restaurant. You sent feed back form I mentioned name on that still you don’t have time ti call back. It show how customers are important to you

I already mentioned that my order was in another restaurant but you still dont have time to check

@dominos_india @dominos you are only there to take money and not to take complaints, now your app saying you to complaint within 8 hrs and in 8 hrs app only answer what feed.
No customer service available

@CareDominos @dominos_india @dominos can you let me knw how much time you need to handle one complaint i dont think you are that much busy that wont be able to call for 6 days I need answers who is responsible and who will give refund.

You just make fake promises to do delivery in 30 min
Even you dont have customer service to talk
I don’t received call till now you even i filled the form and details given to you

@dominos_india I ordered pizza around 9.45 pm and you cancelled order on around 10.10 pm. I almost waited for 30 min.
I reordered again on 10.15pm and got order on 11.30.
Now from last 45 min app showing 9 min. customer service not picking call as it was baking.

and i informed delivery boy so he told me he had lot of order and restaurant given order nowand not excepted that pizza is cool. He taken money i already paid but later he given back.
Pizza I throw because already had dinner.
Now who will give my money back? And time i wasted?

Ur app not responding as its computer generated answer. Restaurant number was wrong.
I got pizza at 11.30 till time family eat food. Delivery boy refuse to cancel order. Finally got pizza which not hot
