Day 3 after the dismissal of the SA by the Hon'ble DRT II of #Hyderabad and DAY 2 of our waiting spree at @UnionBankTweets ARB, SR Nagar branch for getting the sale certificate.

The concerned Authorised officer Mr. K Sathyanarayana (7702398606) simply says, "why are you in such a hurry, we will give you the sale certificate, Don't worry, keep seated". The same team has held our required certificate even before the NPA borrower filed the SA.

Now, They already knew that a simple intentional delay had us waiting for 13+ months & these people are still not serious about this.

The SA filed by the long-pending NPA borrower was disposed of on 29th Jan 2025. I've been waiting for the sale certificate for 13 months! Now that the case is also dismissed by Hon'ble DRT, there is no reason for further delay unless you have any personal agenda.

Union Bank of India, enough torturing the common people and favoring the NPAs for moeny, now please be human & issue the sale certificate immediately!

Don't wait for borrower to file another petition or inform him to file one.

This Long pending NPA Borrower not obeyed neither the bank nor the SARFAESI act, I being an auction purchaser obeyed both bank and SARFAESI act and still waiting for justice.

Is there any particular reason for delaying SALE CERTIFICATE even after disposal of SA by Hon'ble DRT???

The full bid payment was already done much before the timeline mentioned in the sale confirmation letter 13 months back, SA 507/2023 filed by NPA borrower was also disposed of on 29th Jan 2025....so is there any other reason for delaying issuance of SALE CERTIFICATE to the much eligible auction purchaser who waited 13 months ?
