it’s finals day. enjoy the hell out of these last few hours and your performance tonight. you should be incredibly proud to be a part of this unique season and playing a role to keep the activity alive.

in all seriousness, have a great summer. it will be a different season for sure, but enjoy every second. we can't wait to see everyone throw down without the pressure of competition. having drum corps back in our lives is a wonderful thing.

as a number of drum corps are preparing for move-ins and the start of their 2021 season this weekend, we present to you a thread of some of our best bad advice.
rookies, take note.
tip 14: during rehearsal, it is completely acceptable to walk during gush-and-go water breaks to save energy. if you don't make it back to the field in time for the next rep, just sit on the sideline and wait for the next one.
