The Omaha Royals were my first introduction to @MiLB – I'm incredibly excited for this new opportunity with the @OMAStormChasers! Thrilled to make the jump to Triple-A, while staying in the @Royals organization at the same time.

#ChasersFamily, I cannot wait to get to know you!

[Omaha Storm Chasers @OMAStormChasers]

Help us welcome Nicholas Badders as the new Voice of the Storm Chasers!

No one does more for others and expects nothing in return behind the scenes. No. 1 in the nation in caring. Thanks for this photo! Dave's ASU baseball scholarship information is here ... https://t.co/W3MilBa8Nz

[The Boston Globe @BostonGlobe]

When either Rays or Brewers win their first World Series, a former PawSox announcer will be on the call https://t.co/gIMy5YZJ5m

John Gant is the BEST. One of the most genuine players I’ve worked with. Glad to see him thriving overseas!

[Alec Baris @Alec_Baris]

My Instagram algorithm blessed me with this INCREDIBLE John Gant video today #STLCards

[Nicholas Badders @BaddersUp]

@ScottKornberg Let’s go!! Congratulations Scott!!

[Sun Devil Baseball @ASU_Baseball]

Murph is heading to the World Series😈

[Jake Eisenberg @JakeEisenberg_]

This year’s possible World Series champions:
• Milwaukee Brewers (never won)
• Tampa Bay Rays (never won)
• Cleveland Guardians (last won in *1948*)

No matter which team wins, its fans will get to celebrate a generational triumph. Pretty great.

[Jake Eisenberg @JakeEisenberg_]

It's not just a complete infield of Gold Glove finalists. It's a complete infield of *homegrown* Gold Glove finalists.

Vinnie Pasquantino - 11th Rd., '19
Michael Massey - 4th Rd., '19
Bobby Witt Jr., - 1st Rd., '19
Nick Loftin - 1st Rd. '20

Bravo to KC scouting & player dev!

[Nicholas Badders @BaddersUp]

Gold glove nominations across the Royals infield! And all are homegrown/former @OMAStormChasers!

[Kansas City Royals @Royals]

An elite first line of defense. 🔥

Nick, Bobby, Michael, and Vinnie have been named 2026 @RawlingsSports Gold Glove finalists!

[Nicholas Badders @BaddersUp]

@ClaytonJCollier @TODAYshow @ShannonBooth @MikelLauber @WOWT6News @RTDNA Congratulations Clayton! This is awesome!

[Nicholas Badders @BaddersUp]

Great stuff here from Jaylon!

[Jaylon T. Thompson @jaylonthompson]

Get to know the name Carson Roccaforte:

🔘 30-30 season
🔘 Triple-A Debut (@OMAStormChasers)
🔘 Frank White DPOY (0 errors in 1,106 innings)

And now, he could be the next #Royals prospect to debut in 2027.

@braidenbellpxp Amazing! Congratulations Braiden, very well deserved!

[Dave Holtzman @DHoltzy]

After some (exhaustive) research, I believe Cags and Carter are first teammates 23 or younger to go back-to-back since 1991!

That July and August, the White Sox Frank Thomas and Robin Ventura (each 23) went back to back as A.L. Players of the Month.

[Omaha Storm Chasers @OMAStormChasers]

Good luck to all the Storm Chasers alumni competing in the 2026 Wild Card Series 🤩

Buddy Blattner is among the 2027 Ford C. Frick Award finalists, which features broadcasters whose careers concluded prior to 1995.

Among many other noteworthy things, Buddy was the original voice of the @Royals & hired Denny in 1969.

[Joel Goldberg @goldbergkc]

Celebrating Hall of Famer Denny Matthews 8000th game. He’s truly one of a kind.

[Bridget Howard @Bridget_Howard8]

Such a special moment at Kauffman Stadium for Denny Matthews 🥹

Calling his 8,000th Royals broadcast tonight. Forever the voice of the @Royals 💙

[Kindle Biermann @KindleBiermann]

The counting of decades of scorecards led to a massive milestone and celebration for our friend Denny Matthews. He is the @Royals only remaining employee dating back to our first season and a one in a million broadcaster. Congrats on 8,000 to my fellow Central Illinoisan.

[Jake Eisenberg @JakeEisenberg_]

Tonight.

Career game No. *8000* for our Hall of Famer, Denny Matthews. He is the constant.

Hope you’ll join us across the Royals Baseball Network as we celebrate this incredible milestone + the many more to come.

Our radio coverage begins at 6:00p CT.

[Nicholas Badders @BaddersUp]

Some really cool nuggets here – just a remarkable achievement by Denny! Looking forward to being at The K tonight!
