Hello, @Twitch@TwitchSupport@djclancy999
About four months ago my Twitch channel "Zayola" was targeted by fraudulent transactions, which resulted in my account being suspended. After a manual review by your team my account was reinstated, and I believed the issue had been resolved.
Since then, I have streamed for the past four months without any issues, following the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. However, I recently received another email stating that my account is being suspended for the exact same reason.
I'm genuinely concerned about why this continues to happen. My only explanation is that malicious users may be purchasing subscriptions and then requesting chargebacks, inadvertently triggering your fraud detection systems. However, I have not received any Bits, unusually large numbers of Prime subscriptions, or any gifted subscription activity that would have stood out as suspicious. I have been paying close attention to my channel specifically to watch for anything unusual so that I could report it immediately if necessary. From everything I have observed, the small number of paid and gifted subscriptions I received appeared to be legitimate support from members of my community.
I want to make it absolutely clear that I have never participated in, encouraged, or knowingly benefited from fraudulent activity. I don't stream for financial gain; I simply enjoy creating content and interacting with my viewers. I have been streaming for over five years and have worked hard to build a community. I fully understand Twitch's rules and have always done my best to comply with them.
I fully support the removal of any funds from my payouts if they are determined to be connected to fraudulent activity. I am also more than willing to provide any information necessary to demonstrate that I have not engaged in or knowingly benefited from any fraudulent behavior.
I respectfully ask that you please investigate this matter. I simply want the opportunity to continue streaming and engaging with the community I have spent years building. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in identifying and preventing malicious users from repeatedly and intentionally targeting my channel.
Thank you to everyone who genuinely supports Streamer University we put so much work into this and can’t wait to have Streamer University take place next year in EUROPE🇪🇺❤️
McQueen broke down in tears talking about how he went broke & no one believed in him until getting selected to Kai Cenat’s 2026 Streamer University 🙏
2 minutes later, McQueen started CRASHING OUT on all the haters saying he FELL OFF🗣️
To everyone who didn’t get accepted into Streamer University… don’t let one decision define you. Keep creating, keep improving, and keep showing up. Your time is coming. NEXT YEAR IS YOUR YEAR!!!❤️🎓
What is meant for you, is for you.
Without even applying to Streamer University, Kai saw me and created a special role just for me.
I'm deeply honored.
One of the biggest
takeaways I hope young people get from this is that being positive and moving with kindness and love can be rewarded. You don't have to be mean, or rage bait to be recognized.
When I'm down I pull up the pics and clips of us together at the Streamer Awards and I listen to him telling me "I love you so much" and "I believe in you, I always knew you would make it".
Today before his stream started I told my community that they just don't know how much I care about him.
I love you Kai and I'd love to be the Streamer University librarian.
I didn't get into Streamer University...
But something happened that I'll never forget
- 6k people showed up to support me
- 6k people believed in me
I was the in the top 0.03% streamer on TikTok for 5 straight hours.
Thousands watched me pray, hope, and then break down when my name wasn't called
I didn't get the opportunity I wanted, but I gained something even bigger, a community I'll never take for granted
This isn't the end of my story. I'll keep working until God opens the right door.
Thank you to everyone who believed in me ❤️🖤
