@Jeunpelumi I would try whipping the butter first before adding sugar to it. Then adding whipped cream cheese, making sure those are in incorporated before adding powdered sugar last and slowly. Also the lemon juice acid might be messing with it too. I think you should add that very last

@chenemizekeri Less fresh tomatoes, more onions, rodo and shombo in your pepper mix, roasting/boiling pepper mix before blending, frying my tomato paste till it’s almost burnt before adding the pepper mix, adding butter, steaming after the first water dries up instead of adding more water.
