@Kathelorae @Blizzard_Ent @BlizzardCS I did a manual review of boosted players in the 0.1% cutoff for a video over the weekend, if you remove them all from the leaderboard title cutoff only drops by 4-5 points. Sucks if you miss it by that much, but they really aren't having that large an impact on the leaderboard.
