Following an engineering survey, operations in the castle have been suspended as parts of the building’s structure need significant repairs. All academic programming is moving online for the rest of this term.
Staff from Student Affairs are on site and are supporting students.
Yesterday, on what would have been her 97th Birthday, the Bader College community paused and paid tribute to one of our founders, the late Dr Isabel Bader. There was tea, coffee and plenty of cake, and even an Oil Thigh in her honour.
Thank you Isabel. Cha-gheill!

Aren't they cute? These gorgeous little spring lambs have been bouncing around our meadow pastures the last few weeks. This weekend they'll be roaming around near the castle so pop along and see if you can spot them.

Our wonderful Julie Ryan does so much behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. This week that just so happened to include herding a family of sweet ducklings back safely towards the moat after they got lost around the castle. Well done Julie! #Ducklings#VisitSussex

Today is @mariecurieuk's, 'National Day of Reflection 2023' – an opportunity to remember our loved ones who’ve died, support people who are grieving, and connect with each other.
Let’s all share our compassion, love and active support so that no one has to grieve alone.
The health and well-being of students at @queensu was the topic of discussion in the Conference Room today. Ann Tierney (Vice-Provost and Dean, Student Affairs) is visiting this week and presented the findings of the National College Health Assessment survey.
