@BootsHelp hello, I bought a 12 pack of Calpol Sachets yesterday from your bluesater store but upon opening the box there are only half the sachets included. We will not be in the area to return to the store. How can I get a refund for the missing half?

@AsdaServiceTeam Absolutely shocked and disgusted by the condition of the @Britvic @J2O being sold in your @asda Dunstable. Packaging mouldy due to a broken bottle in the pack and still being sold to customers! My wife bought this today and said all stock looked same.

@AsdaServiceTeam The culprit it seem a broken @Britvic @J2O in a multipack that had smashed and covered the entire batch in mould and soaked the packaging and still sold as new stock in @asda dunstable! Cut my hand getting the mouldy glass out of the pack!
