MEET DAY

Today is the Cave City Meet in Cave City, AR. Junior high races are 1.55 miles with the girls starting at 3:30 and the boys at 4:05. Senior high is running a 5k with the girls starting at 4:40 and the boys at 5:25.

Use this link to sign up for the Falling Blackbird Festival 5k Race. The 5k is scheduled for October 15th. Registration for “adults” is $45, but cross country members can use the code provided in the Remind to get $15 off that price.

Here is the official practice schedule for the week! We will be practicing a lot on our course that goes around the soccer fields behind the CT and North Cafeteria, so practices Monday and Tuesday will be at 5:30pm, while Wednesday and Thursday will be at 6:00am.
