Ruth Perry’s death is so sad and avoidable. @Ofstednews should suspend all inspections until an independent enquiry produces recommendations on how inspections should be conducted to ensure tragedies like this never happens again.

@moonrakerteach I have seen the extreme & damaging distress Ofsted can cause HTs & have myself had sleepless nights worrying about schools/leaders where I've governed over the years. I know of no other profession that does this to its leaders.
