A mentor of mine, about 55 years old and based in the UK, travelled to Nigeria two weeks ago. When he returned over the weekend, he told me he saw the first-class graduate from their class working as a bus conductor in Oshodi, Lagos, shouting “Ojota! Oshodi!”

Imagine that , a first-class graduate.
When they spoke, he said he had searched for a job for years but found none.
