Frankly Speaking this is a Solid Cash Generating Business (~500 Cr Cash on books) and the scalability via upselling, cross-selling and Inorganic Initiatives is quite robust

But we cannot value it by very Rich Multiples due to :

▪︎ Exposure to Geopolitical Risks (Although it has very minuscule exposure in Canada; UK is expected to see a growth of 30%+ CAGR in terms of Indian Student studying for higher education)

▪︎ The Company might find it difficult to show growth of this matured revenue base (Generally in such business models growth beyond $100-150 Mn isn't an easy task)

▪︎ Rise in Competition from Unlisted players like Leap Scholar, KC overseas, IDP, Apply Board, SI-UK, Canam,
Ambitio, Etc; Many of these Players rather Startups are raising funding and expanding aggressively which would led to Margin Suppression, Lower growth in volumes

Yes, This is also true that Startups in similar or Allied business are getting high revenue Multiples and crizac with lower Profitability

The IPO Pricing leaves 10-20% or even 25% Scope of Listing Gains but generally such businesses tend to move post listing after the dust is settled; so would apply for Post-Listing action (If Listing Gains are seen, would be more than happy)

Overall A Very Good Company with good set of investors in the Anchor with Scalable business model with strong Cash Flows and Superior Balance Sheet with Good Promoters at Reasonable Valuations
