Why bADHD brain?
Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, I had a smooth journey through life.
Did well academically, thrived in sports, and was generally well-liked.
I entered the professional world and progressed swiftly from an educator to an Elementary School Principal.
It is also frustrating that when we do accomplish something, we tend to want to celebrate it even though it might be be something that is considered a basic human function.
Constant battle to get things done, no matter the size of the task.
ADHDers often feel like we “should” be able to do something because ✨ we’ve done it before ✨ or that our difficulty with focus/productivity isn’t a real disability b/c sometimes we can do it just fine.
GUYS. LADIES. GENTLETHEMS.
THAT IS THE DISABILITY.
The INCONSISTENCY.

Summer is a great time for being grateful for what life has brought your way.
Keep grinding everybody and push through any challenges that may be present in your lives.

I also always remember what my dad used to say, “Keep kicking!”
I also like to remind myself that it’s never as bad as it seems.
No matter what happens, something will happen.
Woke up today and had feelings of self-doubt.

When you get up and get active, it not only helps burn calories but greatly decreases stressors in your mind and body.
Throw in some drinking water and you’ll really make a difference in your overall health.
