@AmericanAir I understand that delays are not intentional, and definitely something that as a business you want to avoid as much as possible but it’s the way that your staff has been handling it, that’s making it worse. You need to be better at managing such delays, especially for older ppl!

Do you realize there are people who fly business because it’s necessary to do so due to age/health conditions? Your empathy for customers is hitting new lows when you give them $12 vouchers for dinner(airport food is expensive!), some crappy hotel vouchers .

Today I heard my friend got a promotion. He is moving from a technical role to a more managerial role. Being in Canada with PR, the move will be seamless. If in US on an H-1B, this would have triggered a new PERM. Dis-incentivizes a company from giving promotion. H-1B's loss.
