De ce i-a fost frică statului de spitalul Dăruiește Viață?

Asociația privată Dăruiește Viață a strâns fonduri și a construit un spital la un preț mult mai mic decât ar fi făcut-o statul. Ce să vezi, atunci când cineva cheltuie bani privați e mult mai atent la prețuri și prețul final scade.

Spitalul este gata putea începe să funcționeze de patru luni, dar a fost blocat de către stat la fiecare etapă a sa. De la o ministră a sănătății care a vrut să naționalizeze fondurile strânse de asociație, până la reglementările aberante care au crescut costurile. Chiar și după ce au strâns doi metri cubi de documente, statul le-a spus că tot mai lipsește câte un act.

Culmea e că spitalul nu va fi privat, ci de stat. Asociația l-a donat statului. Doar a strâns fonduri și s-a ocupat de construcție, ca să nu coste luna de pe cer așa cum se întâmplă la stat.

Dar de ce l-a blocat statul? Ministrul sănătății dă din umeri și zice că „lucrurile trebuiau făcute legal”. Corect, dar nu asta e esența problemei. Evident că totul trebuie făcut legal. Dar când legea este prost făcută și tu ești ministru, schimbi legea. Nu împiedici un spital funcțional să se deschidă.

Povestea spitalului Dăruiește Viață este însă emblematică pentru sistemul de sănătate din România. Sistemul de sănătate din România este un sistem socialist nereformat de la revoluție și până acum. Politicienii și cei conectați lor controlează tot și nu vor să piardă puterea oricât de multă suferință ar provoca. Chiar și dacă vrea cineva să ajute sistemul construind un spital din fonduri 100% private, statul nu-l va lăsa decât foarte greu, după scandal și presiune publică imensă.

De ce le este frică?

Spitalul Dăruiește Viață demontează minciuna pe care e clădit sistemul de sănătate și arată un adevăr: se poate și fără stat. Se poate construi un spital fără să se bage clasa politică cu un rânjet fericit în poză să tai panglica. Se poate fără să se bage în seamă toți politrucii de partid. Se poate fără zeci de agenții de stat de „asigurare a calității” care nu asigură decât dezastrul. Și nu doar că se poate, dar chiar iese mai bine.

Cea mai mare amenințare pentru casta politică care conduce sistemul de sănătate, UMF-istan, este acest adevăr. Faptul că ar oamenii ar putea să nu mai creadă minciuna și să vadă adevărul îi sperie. Minciuna că ei, care se proclamă mari salvatori altruiști la stat, de fapt sunt o castă care menține dezastrul din sistem. Le este frică că oamenii vor putea vedea alternative la stat și s-ar putea să constate că e mai bine cu ele. Le este frică că încep să piardă puterea.
