This is a common misconception about the OT vs the NT. NT actually requires even more sacrifice.

Romans 12:1 says we are a living sacrifice (so every facet of our lives vs scheduled feast days, etc). Romans 3:27 makes it clear we are still under Law (the Law of Faith)
