It's almost hilarious watching both sides of polical spectrum reaction to Caitlin Clark. One call her racist and clan, while other call her libturd and woke. All while she just wants to be in the gym and improve her game. It's just ridiculous.

For all of those who want Caitlin to use her platform to make a statement about transgender athletes in sports, or more specifically, men in women's sports, guess what? She already uses her sizeable platform for your daughters, (and your sons), by way of education and providing school supplies, books and backpacks. For nutrition, by partnering with local groups to fund access to healthy meals for children, and for youth sports, by building and opening community basketball courts with lighting, so they can be utilized all day and into the evening.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. That's not even mentioning what she does for children at the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital. Did you know that she hands out autographed basketballs to parents stamped with their baby's footprints in the Neonatal ICU? How about the personalized visits she makes to the extended-stay kids to give them a sense of normalcy?

Now, let's talk about the Child Life Services Grant, of which she donated $50,000 through her foundation to the PMCH. Those funds specifically support Child Life Services, helping children and families cope with the stress of hospitalization.

Then, there are the book donations. She partnered with Scholastic to distribute 22,000 books across Midwestern pediatric hospitals and under-resourced schools to promote childhood literacy.

So save your criticisms about her choosing not to "speak out for your daughters." Everything she does is for your daughters and your sons. The fact that she refuses to be a mouthpiece for either side shouldn't overshadow the fact that she is a caring and stalwart steward for children every single day. Is that not enough? Will it ever be enough? You people are too greedy.

This is someone who has had someone arrested and served jail time for stalking and thats what we know publicly (not that I want to know anything else either)

Its also very easy to say you need to say this or that when your very safety has actually been put in jeopardy in such a way and not just having some backlash from social media comments or fans booing or whatever it is. Everytime we see her in public her security man is not far behind her and I’d be guessing that isnt for show either.

If people have threatened her safety when all she has done is stay consistently largely out of such conversations and tried to keep it about basketball, what could happen if she did weigh in on such conversations. Its easy to control one’s speech when they dont have to face the consequences of those actions as well
