"How do you even keep your mental health together?"
"I don't. I lost it a long time ago. Ever since three of my closest friends and my boyfriend were killed. I was the one who recovered his body from the evacuation point."
Ukrainian Defender "Kit" ("Cat") from the Magura Brigade joined the military at the age of 24. Over four years of service, she has fought in some of the war's hottest sectors, including the defense of Donetsk region, the counteroffensive in Zaporizhzhia region, and the Kursk operation.
Kit's boyfriend died defending Ukraine in Donetsk region while carrying out a combat mission.
"One evening, he brought me the wounded and the fallen from the positions, and the very next evening, he was the one being recovered..."
Today, Kit is defending the Sumy region.

🕯️ With deep sadness, we learned of the loss among our “military penguins” — Antarctic specialists who stood up to defend Ukraine.
On June 7, the heart of Valerii Semeniuk, a member of three Ukrainian Antarctic expeditions, Captain of the Medical Service, and a military doctor, stopped beating while on duty in military hospital.
A participant of the 11th, 14th, and 18th Ukrainian Antarctic expeditions, Valerii was remembered by his fellow polar researchers as an honest, principled, and kind-hearted person who always supported others and helped young colleagues adapt to life in Antarctica.
Joined to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2022, he remained in service until his final moments.
The entire Antarctic community mourns this loss. Our deepest condolences go to his family, friends, colleagues, brothers-in-arms, and everyone who knew him.
Eternal memory and honor.
Honor to the fallen. 🇺🇦🕯️
💔 Among those killed in Russia’s overnight strike on the Kharkiv region was a 22-year-old pregnant woman.
Russian missiles hit the city of Chuhuiv, killing at least three people and injuring six others.
Meanwhile, in Kharkiv, 15 civilians were wounded, including three children - an 11-year-old girl, a 16-year-old girl, and a one-year-old boy.
💔 She lost her husband. She lost her two sons and her daughter. She survived carrying their fourth child.
On February 10, a Russian strike on Bohodukhiv in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region killed Hryhorii Shykula and the couple’s three young children - two-year-old twins Ivan and Vladyslav, and one-year-old daughter Myroslava.
Hryhorii was a Ukrainian veteran who had returned home from the war after losing a leg in service.
His wife, Olha, survived. She was pregnant with their fourth child.
Today, she stands alone where a family of six should have stood together.

Ben Shapiro is surprised that, to promote Russian Christian heritage, the Kremlin invited Andrew Tate — a Muslim who is under investigation for sexual crimes across multiple countries.
🕯💔 Russia has killed 707 children since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, while another 2,548 have been injured, President Zelenskyy said.
The youngest child killed was just two days old - born and killed in a maternity hospital.
Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets also stated that 2,318 children remain missing. According to him, the real numbers could be significantly higher, as Ukraine still does not know the full truth about what has happened in the temporarily occupied territories.

Ben Shapiro says Russia is bringing in influencers like Candace Owens to make Americans believe the West is terrible while Russia is great and spiritual… meanwhile, he adds, the entire Russian church is basically just a branch of the government.
This is not World War II footage.
This is Toretsk, Ukraine — and it’s not as far away as you think.
A city that once had over 30,000 residents. Now almost completely erased.
There is no excuse for this. None.
Sen. Shaheen grills Rubio: "In 2017, you wrote as a Senator that Vladimir Putin will never be a trusted ally or a reliable, constructive partner.
But since taking office, you, President, Vice President, Steve Witkoff — not one of you has been to Ukraine.
And yet, your envoys talk to Putin on regular basis. President has invited him, given him red-carpet treatment on American soil, but yet you won't come up here and brief Congress on any of it.
Decisions Congress has made on Russia have been systematically undermined. Congress passed support for Ukraine, but administration has slow-walked it.
Instead of sanctioning Russia, administration issued oil licenses that have sent billions to Moscow. Congress has asked what this approach has produced.
Russia has conducted five times more drone strikes on Ukraine since 2024. More U.S. businesses are being directly targeted than at any point in this conflict.
Russia is providing targeting intelligence to help Iran hit our facilities and personnel in the Middle East, while we're helping them fund this war."
Imagine this is your city. Overnight: 656 drones, 73 missiles, 21 dead, two of them children. A residential building in Kyiv collapsed into rubble.
When asked about these attacks, the Kremlin’s response was simple: “This practice will continue.” Kremlin doesn't hide its intentions.
Why are we treating this as normal? Why aren’t we helping Ukraine more?
Pastor Mark Burns: Being here in Ukraine, with the people, I can say that propaganda from Russia is very real — and how it’s used in Christian conservative circles to essentially dislike Ukrainians.
And so when I saw with my own eyes that Ukrainians do love God, are not racists, are not godless society as they were being portrayed, are not corrupt people — they’re normal people just like you and me.
And the fact that Ukraine is bigger than just blue and yellow map that you see on CNN — they’re real people. Real mothers, real daughters, real children.
And when I saw that and atrocities that Russians were doing — not the war, but war crimes they had been committing against Ukrainians — my heart immediately shifted and changed from being just a Republican to being a human being.
And I had to choose then to speak for what is right, and not necessarily what is popular. That’s what changed my heart.
Every morning after a massive Russian attack, I dread sitting down to put a post like the one below together. Russia brings so much pain and suffering to Ukrainians.

▪️ In Kyiv, 4 people were killed and over 60 more were injured. A three-year-old child was wounded by shrapnel.
Five medical facilities were damaged in Kyiv.

▪️ In Dnipro, 9 people were killed, a child among them. Multiple apartment buildings were destroyed.
Deputy chief of the fire and rescue unit, Major Anton Yarmolenko, was killed by the Russian attack. He was heading to an emergency call when the Russian strike occurred. Deepest condolences.
