DOH-CAR Joins Baguio City to Honor Lives & End HIV Stigma

On May 14, 2026, DOH-CAR NASPCP joined the International AIDS Candlelight Memorial in Baguio City, with a lantern parade and candle-lighting ceremony.

The activity paid tribute to those we lost and raised awareness on HIV prevention, testing, and care. Guest speaker Joseph Leo shared his journey, proving that with proper treatment, people living with HIV can live healthy lives.

Together, we call for compassion, inclusion, and zero stigma. Early testing and treatment save lives.
