@bhogleharsha I am no financial expert but, PCB will earn (7.5 Billion PKR annually) for next 10 years from PSL franchise fee. This sum is sufficient enough to run Pakistan Cricket, maybe not enough for stadium expansions and all but enough for organizing home seasons and domestic cricket.
