Judge BAEK Dae-hyun all of a sudden decide to rule on President Yoon's case (he's going through multiple trials, so different judges) early. Yoon has been illegally jailed even before trial. He has to be released after 6 months, which is mid-January. Now Baek wants to rule prior to mid-January, probably to say "guilty" to keep him imprisoned. Baek Dae-hyun is a Kangaroo court judge.
Pastor Burns,
Every word you wrote hits the truth of what many Koreans are living through right now. Thank you for standing at the DMZ and speaking with the courage so many here no longer feel free to express.
Your warning about rising CCP influence, shrinking religious freedom, and pressure on our political, educational, and media institutions is exactly what we see on the ground.
Thank you for standing with Korea when others stay silent. Your voice gives strength to those fighting to protect faith and freedom.
May God bless you for speaking truth.
From a friend in Korea, with more evidence of the Korean government’s anti-American bias:
“I write to you as a concerned observer of recent developments in South Korea’s regulatory and political environment — developments that I believe warrant international attention, especially from U.S. investors and media watchdogs.
A massive data breach at Coupang — a company listed on the U.S. stock market — has triggered an extraordinary response from the South Korean government, raising alarm bells over whether this is about data protection or political and economic restructuring in favor of foreign competitors.
Key Facts
Recent reports indicate roughly 33.7 million Coupang user accounts were compromised, including sensitive personal information such as names, phone numbers, and shipping addresses. The government immediately announced its intention to impose the maximum legal penalty — 3% of annual revenue, which could amount to over KRW 1.3 trillion (≈ USD 1 billion).

Officials from the privacy commission have publicly declared they intend to apply the highest possible fine under newly revised privacy laws. Furthermore, the Presidential Office has supported calls for punitive damages against the company.
Earlier this year, another major breach at SK Telecom resulted in a fine of KRW 134.7 billion — a fraction of what is proposed for Coupang, despite the scale of the breach being comparable.
A government-run joint task force comprising multiple ministries and law-enforcement agencies has already launched an aggressive, multi-pronged investigation into Coupang’s infrastructure and internal controls.
Why This Should Concern U.S. Stakeholders and International Observers
Coupang is legally registered in the U.S. and traded on the New York Stock Exchange. A draconian and singularly harsh regulatory crackdown against a U.S.-listed company — especially in favor of non-U.S. competitors — may signal regulatory arbitrage or political market reengineering rather than genuine consumer protection.
This case may be the start of a broader pattern:
• Domestic political and economic pressures overriding fairness and due process
• Market reshuffling that disadvantages Korean-origin large companies in favor of foreign or Chinese-linked platforms
• A precedent that undermines both business freedom and judicial independence in South Korea
For U.S. investors and global markets, this creates a dangerous new dynamic:
• Legal and regulatory risk no longer tied only to operating business conditions, but to political winds
• A signal that investing in companies with significant Korean operations may carry unexpected geopolitical exposure
The Importance of International Attention
American media and investor communities must understand:
This is not just a domestic data-breach issue.
It may mark a turning point in how South Korea enforces regulations against large companies — particularly those connected to foreign capital or competing with Chinese e-commerce giants.
Silence from international stakeholders could enable a systemic shift away from rule-based markets toward politically managed business environments.”
Park Jie-won of DPK, former close aide to Kim Dae-jung, warned Judge Jee Kui-youn that if President Yoon Suk-yeol is released at the end of the confinement period (has to be released by law), then there would be riots.
Not from President Yoon's supporters.
So the violence, if any, would come from the radical KCTU or DPK supporters.
But Park Jie-won trying to manipulate the judge is so apparent.

Why would a man who lived mostly in Beijing (lived in Korea only 5 months), whose mother is Chinese (father is Korean) & grandfather a CCP PLA Rocket Force officer, join the ROK (Republic of Korea) Army?
To access ROK/US Combined Forces Command (CFC) military secrets & to give it to Chinese intelligence, which is exactly what happened.
He got only 5 years prison & ~$1,200 fine.
A special prosecutor’s team is reportedly standing by outside the residence of former Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn, attempting to execute an arrest warrant. Reports indicate that several innocent South Korean citizens have already been handcuffed and taken away, prompting many others to gather in protest at the scene.

Moreover, intelligence suggesting that certain members of the Korean police are actually embedded from the public security apparatus seems increasingly credible. When the song “Flower of Freedom” was played near a group of police officers, their behavior suddenly became awkward and defensive some were even seen retreating toward the rear.
It appears that the deranged “Jack Smith types,” who achieve nothing but political persecution in the United States, have found their way to Korea as well.

I want to speak out about the current situation in South Korea, where President Yoon Suk-yeol, Pastor Son Hyun-bo, and Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-hyun are being persecuted by pro-China, pro-North Korea, and anti-state forces under the Lee Jae-myung administration.
These individuals are suffering from severe violations of human rights and religious freedom simply because they defend national sovereignty and stand for truth and freedom. The current regime is systematically suppressing voices of opposition and using state power and legal institutions as tools of political retaliation.
We are witnessing a grave threat to democracy in South Korea — a nation built upon liberty, faith, and alliance with the United States.
Please stand with us to protect the Republic of Korea — a free nation where we believe in God, love America, and dare to speak the truth.

Just prayed with Mother Moon, the 82-yr-old Mother of Peace. She’s jailed in S. Korea on bogus charges.
If they’re coming for her church, they’re coming for ALL religions next—including us.
Evangelicals, Catholics, Jews, Muslims: WAKE UP.

If Korea falls, the freedom alliance in East Asia will fall with it.
