Judge BAEK Dae-hyun all of a sudden decide to rule on President Yoon's case (he's going through multiple trials, so different judges) early. Yoon has been illegally jailed even before trial. He has to be released after 6 months, which is mid-January. Now Baek wants to rule prior to mid-January, probably to say "guilty" to keep him imprisoned. Baek Dae-hyun is a Kangaroo court judge.

A massive data breach at Coupang — a company listed on the U.S. stock market — has triggered an extraordinary response from the South Korean government, raising alarm bells over whether this is about data protection or political and economic restructuring in favor of foreign competitors.

Recent reports indicate roughly 33.7 million Coupang user accounts were compromised, including sensitive personal information such as names, phone numbers, and shipping addresses. Officials from the privacy commission have publicly declared they intend to apply the highest possible fine under newly revised privacy laws. Furthermore, the Presidential Office has supported calls for punitive damages against the company.

Earlier this year, another major breach at SK Telecom resulted in a fine of KRW 134.7 billion — a fraction of what is proposed for Coupang, despite the scale of the breach being comparable.

Park Jie-won of DPK, former close aide to Kim Dae-jung, warned Judge Jee Kui-youn that if President Yoon Suk-yeol is released at the end of the confinement period (has to be released by law), then there would be riots.

Not from President Yoon's supporters.

So the violence, if any, would come from the radical KCTU or DPK supporters.
