Shitstorm goes on... Couple days back EA did a mass unban on PC and guess what's happening once again! MASS BAN WAVE.

This is just surreal. Was literally trading on stream and after i finished streaming i got this email. I even played a match which i don't usually do. I attached a screenshot of me buying manually a card.

@EASFCDirect Get this shit right as this is not normal. You're literally the terrorists in the gaming industry.

I'll spam emails to DPO, and Renew my ECC case as i see on forums this is out of control again.

@EASFCDirect I guess you didn't fully fixed the issue related to PC bans. People that got unbanned yesterday got banned again in the last couple of hours.. Dis fucking grace...

Dude even bought fifa points in the morning. Blue is unban, and the red is another email saying he violated ea TOS which is a total lie. Now he's back at hitting appeals back and forth with a rejecting ass bot on your precious https://t.co/gFKVLBwl4U site.

This is not just one player getting banned again, reports of this issue has been going on for whole day at Forum and under my previous post about "victory we made".

Bullshit, get your shit together as this is literally comperable to spitting straight into our faces.

I'm not going to even mention the state of gameplay and game related issues. The fact that one gamemode had literally broken textures and lightning for three weeks straight speaks volmue.

Week two of PC mass bans has started and what you do about it? NOTHING.
My appeal got rejected with the same message for the fifth time with the exact same message!
EA live chat consultant told me that she adds "priority" into my case and real human will contact me via email. Guess what? That was a LIE...

Hundreds if not even thousands of players are commenting same thing all over socialmedia "transfer balance ban". They were your loyal customer, paid for the game they cannot even play now as most of them has their whole EA FC library blocked! This is pure robbery and that cannot be neglected.

Two weeks have passed and you didn't even communicate that there is something wrong with your detection system.

We're stuck on https://t.co/CDUvekeWCf hitting appeals that are being rejected by automated messages with no real human looking at them. SHAME!

My goal is now to unite FC community and spread this case as wide as i possibly can. This is already a very open public case. I do not even care about my account getting unbanned, i want YOU @EASPORTSFC to get things right for the community that is buying your dogshit ass game every year.

This is just sad from your end...Another Two accounts got banned. Fun fact is thats it belongs to TWO CASUALS. They are literally playing the game without trading. I told them if they want to buy their team for TOTY it's a good time to do it early morning today. One Bid on Gullit (bought 1155k) and the other bought Jairzinho for 599. Both got flagged and banned.

> Key facts:

- We have never sold coins, used bots, exploits, glitches, third-party tools, or external apps

- We played Rivals, Champions, and the Transfer Market normally, exactly as intended by the game

- Our activity consisted of buying and selling players in-game, no different from thousands of legitimate players

- EA provided no transaction logs, no timestamps, no proof, no human explanation

- Every appeal was rejected automatically, with no evidence that a human review ever occurred

This is NOT an isolated case
Over the last weeks, hundreds if not thousands of PC players have been falsely banned for the same reason:
“Balance Transfer”

> This is already widely documented:

- On December 24, the exact same automated detection bug falsely banned thousands of PlayStation accounts

- EA later admitted the mistake internally and unbanned everyone after ~8–10 hours

- Now the same bug is clearly affecting PC players, yet no rollback or acknowledgment has been issued

I personally published posts on X (Twitter) and Reddit, which:

- Reached hundreds of thousands of views

- Were shared by top EA FC / FIFA community profiles

- Contain dozens of identical reports from players banned after normal gameplay

> The pattern is undeniable:

- Legitimate players

- No coin selling

- No bots

- No external tools

- Normal market usage

- Sudden bans within 1–2 days

- Automatic EA Help rejections

The real issue
EA Help is currently acting as a fully automated wall, not a support system.

> Players are:

- Losing accounts with years of progress and real money spent

- Being denied any transparency

- Being punished without evidence

- Having no access to real human review

This is not enforcement — this is systemic failure.

What I am demanding

- Immediate human review of accounts flagged for “balance transfer” on PC

- Public acknowledgment that the detection system is malfunctioning (as it already did on Dec 24)

- Rollback of false bans once the bug is confirmed

- Transparency: if EA claims a violation, show the evidence

Until then, this situation will continue to escalate publicly — and it already has.
EA FC cannot claim “fair play” while legitimate players are banned by a broken algorithm and silenced by automated replies.

Fix the system.
Review the bans.
Stop hiding behind bots.
