Sky's Gaming Chain Spotlight!

Last week we checked out Enjin Gaming & honestly, it was an absolute blast.

It went so well there will be a part 2 dropping later this week!

But we keep on moving, as this week we are checking out:

Gaming on Avax!

This chain used to be one of the hottest chains for gaming; they had grants, they had ambassadors, they had flair & style.

But can they relive their past glory days? Let's dive in!

So the usual question is: What's happening, what games have we got?!

Well, I dug deep & found, well, if I'm honest...

NOT AN AWFUL LOT!

There are literally only 2 good games on Avalanche at the moment, and these two are:

@Play_Takeover by Fortblockgames, an absolute banger of a game!

Currently in an alpha stage, but it really feels far more advanced than that.
They host game nights/playtests twice a week on Tuesdays & Saturdays, and both are worth your time!

The other game worth checking out on Avalanche is the one & only: @PlayProvidence.

Having gone somewhat quiet towards Q1 of 2026, we've seen them pick up the pace again the last couple of weeks with a post on X here & some further development!

The game itself is actually super beautiful & already boasts great gameplay, but it's not surprising, as these guys have been building for the past 4 years!

That really does sum it up for Gaming on Avax, though & being 100% honest, this is absolutely shocking from a chain that once had huge momentum on the gaming side, but I guess this is what happens when you fake metrics & employ the wrong people?

Let's see if a change of staff, integrity & vision can make a difference in the future! What chain would you guys like me to dive into next?
