In her acceptance speech, Rt. Hon. @JustineLumumba affirmed her commitment to working with the ICT sector to ensure that no Ugandan is left behind in accessing information, communication technologies, and national guidance services.
She emphasized the importance of leveraging ICT and strategic communication to promote Uganda’s image, boost tourism, attract investment, and drive socio-economic development.
Rt. Hon. Lumumba also called for increased visibility of @GovUganda programmes to enhance public awareness and uptake across the country.
She concluded by pledging to work closely with the Ministry team to deliver solutions, enable success, and accelerate the achievement of Uganda’s ATMs (Agro-industrialization, Tourism Development, Mineral-based Industrialization, including Oil & Gas, and Science, Technology & Innovation).
