I agree, but how was it a stunt gone wrong? It played out exactly how they wanted, it was fake blood, fake wound, just to make Charlie a martyr and to happen the day before the 9-11 anniversary. Was to take the focus off 9-11 and how blatantly obvious it was an inside job. Charlie is already playing his next role. Who ever it may be.

12 yrs old, is way to young to be tried as an adult when he's not even a teenager. He's barely reached puberty, i'm sure he knows the difference between right and wrong. But being an angry kid, throwing a tantrum, going to far with saying and doing things you don't mean can happen. He obviously needs alot of help, but to through his life away, and be viewed as an adult, is far to much. Maybe a minimum of 10 yrs in juvenile detention, with excessive rehabilitation, psych evaluations etc.
