Good morning, i have an appointment for full fibre installation on Thursday morning 12 March. Can you please ensure the 2 engineers a previous engineer recomended were required have a ladder that is long enough. The engineers during the previous 2 visits didnt.

@AvantiWestCoast Having booked a journey on todays 1230 departure from London to Carlisle just as well I arrived early to find timetable had changed to a 1210 departure. How long ago did that change and why wasn't I informed.
