@TeacherToolkit Well we must be doing something wrong as feedback from our 20 ECT’s across 8 schools is overwhelmingly positive about our programme. ECT’s report how they really value how the training is relevant, broken down into small chunks and the specific targets for coaching!

Although a bit ‘zoomed out’ this year, remote technology allows us to do things we wouldn’t have imagined 18 months ago. Today we introduced our ‘Flying High’ transition programme to 350 Yr6 children and staff across 7 schools and taught an introduction to Spanish lesson to 200!
