42-year-old cook. Wok got smashed.
Back in first grade we walked to school by ourselves, rain or snow, parents didn’t give a damn.
Went from abacus to calculator, from Windows 95 all the way to whatever we’re on now.
Handwrote love letters, stuck a stamp on ‘em and mailed them out.
Cassette tapes, Xiaolingtong, blue-screen phones, 40-chord ringtones…
Rode those old heavy 28-inch bikes, and now I’m poking around with AI robots.
Times move too damn fast. Old Bai can only treat AI as my sous-chef and keep flipping the wok on this big X platform.
Regular folks? We’re the bottom of the food chain.
Big accounts? They’re the ones running the kitchen.
Without us little guys stirring the pot every day, even the biggest accounts are just empty woks sitting there.
Hit that like button for me — I’ll take it as you turning up the heat a little.
When the fire’s right, that’s when the whole pot starts smelling good.

从算盘拨到计算器，从Windows 95一路用到现在；
从手写情书贴邮票寄出，到卡带、小灵通、蓝屏手机、40和弦；
从二八大杠骑到现在，也能碰碰人工智能机器人。
时代变化太快，老白只能把AI当副厨，在X这口大锅里继续颠勺。
普通人不装，就是底层。
大V不装，就是庄家。
没有我们这些散户天天在这翻炒，再大的号也是空锅。

AI 写十条能给二十条，问题是其中有几条值得写？我把选题情报放在脚本工厂前面：先找线索、追源头、看反例，再由人决定下不下锅。因为烂原料不会因 AI 写得流畅，就变成好内容。舆情感知系统。
