Today, we sent new evidence of felony dog abuse at Marshall BioResources to the authorities. Beagles were improperly injected with a toxic chemical in the belly. They thrashed and screamed before they died.

It's time for NY to enforce the law and save the dogs.

This amazing person is Maddie. My rescue partner helped her get off Skid Row while the city kept turning their backs to her. Maddie has saved so many animals on Skid Row and now she will be an even louder advocate for them than ever before. I met her dad, sister and mom tonight in person and we were all in tears seeing Maddie transform.

Someone snuck onto a Boulder County property two nights in a row and used a pellet gun on two Quarter Horses.

Chief, the red horse, was shot about 36 times. Mystic was shot once. Both are expected to live. Nobody heard it. No cameras caught it. No arrest yet.

This was not hunting. This was not an accident. It was target practice on animals that could not run or fight back.

If you were near the 12000 block of Flagg Drive on Aug. 10 or 11 between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., look at your cameras. Call it in.

Gulf Breeze, Florida - Many of you sent me the video and now here's how your voices were already heard.

David Kella Neely and Charolette Ann Dellinger of Gulf Breeze, Florida were arrested by Santa Rosa County, Florida deputies after they took a look at the video.

Neely and Dellinger were both charged with one count each of misdemeanor animal cruelty.
But hold on just a minute.

A first-degree misdemeanor? Under Florida law, aggravated animal cruelty, "the repeated infliction of unnecessary pain," is a third-degree felony.

How can a three-year-old Galgo end up in this condition if hunters love their dogs so much?
