Meet Dottie: a tiny quest giver for everyday wandering.
My motivation to go for a walk took a hit as it got colder/darker so I tried out @anything's new mobile app & built a walking app that gives you tiny destinations to kickstart & continue your walk.
Dottie drops dynamic checkpoints on your map, gives you AI mini-quests (dot spots), and a buddy who glows with you.

I love the idea of journaling but hate the idea of pages of my inner dialogue just out there. I started thinking - what would a journal for people who don’t journal look like?
Quick notes, bullets, one-liners. Enough to spark a memory. No fluff, no pressure, no overthinking...
Build #1 is loading. More to come. In the meantime, if you:
- love daily notes, bullet journaling, or quick reflections
- care about archiving their life
I’d love your feedback. Reach out: https://t.co/CuJIqk9sE6
I’m experimenting with this idea. A way to look back and see a more full picture, not just isolated data points that are ultimately lost in a sea of data.
@goddek I'd also bet, when you were a child, santa clause and the easter bunny were "real". All to say, sometimes 'what changed' is as simple as the conversations being had and with who
now, the peanut allergies... that doesn't seem as simple
@woeismeade Don’t compare the nets, compare CROSSNET to a ball. A net isn't exciting, it's utility.
But CROSSNET vs just having a ball at the beach/park? Now were talking, CN looks like a more fun experience
