Threatening allies while refusing to lower health care premiums and turning Midwestern cities into battle zones... Americans don't want this and don't have to accept it.
We must use the tool that has been working in more and more situations over the past year: intense political pressure, especially on elected Republicans, to change their behavior.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. dedicated his life fighting for equity and justice. He taught us that even in the face of intimidation and discrimination, we must never stop working towards a better future – a lesson that feels especially relevant today.
Change has never been easy. It takes persistence and determination, and requires all of us to speak out and stand up for what we believe in. As we honor Dr. King today, let’s draw strength from his example, and do our part to build on his legacy.
I can't believe I'm posting this video - but we actually have to have a conversation about the real world implications of America going to war over Greenland.
Let me walk you through it. It doesn't turn out well for us.
He didn't shoot her in the head at point blank range because he felt like he was in danger. He shot her in the head at point blank range because he was furious that she wasn't afraid of him. He shot her in the head at point blank range because he felt emasculated.
Pete Hegseth says he’s going to court-martial me for saying the same exact thing he said 9 years ago. What changed for Pete? Well to start, he spends all day thinking about how he can suck up to Trump. When Trump says jump, he says how high.
Yesterday, the White House and Congress let SNAP run out…which will leave 40 million Americans hungry.
Our leaders need to put people over politics, and invest in the health and well being of Americans everywhere…from children and families to farmers and small businesses.
"Factchecking Trump on '60 Minutes'"
In today's 'First Draft' morning newsletter from Zeteo, I counted and debunked at least *17 obvious, brazen lies* that the president told CBS's Norah O'Donnell, and that she just let slide.

This year, Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill gave:
Google an $18 billion tax break.
Amazon a $16 billion tax break.
Microsoft a $12 billion tax break.
Facebook an $11 billion tax break.
Now, they’re writing checks to Trump for his $300 million ballroom.
Gee, I wonder why?
The richest man on earth owns X.
The second richest man on earth is about to acquire TikTok and his family could soon own both Paramount and Warner Bros.
The third richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
The fourth richest man owns The Washington Post.

BREAKING: After the release of an ad that caused Trump's tantrum ending trade talks with Canada, the original video of Ronald Reagan slamming tariffs has resurfaced. He called the new ad "fake."
The original destroys Trump on tariffs.

We have a president who is building more wealth through his office than any in history. We cannot turn a blind eye to this corruption.
On Monday, I will be introducing a resolution to stop the president, his family, and members of Congress from trading in crypto and accepting money from foreign entities.
Ukraine has never sought war. We agreed to an unconditional ceasefire, looked for opportunities for peace, and repeatedly offered the world ways to stop the strikes in the sky, on land, and at sea. But it is Russia that continually obstructs this process – manipulating, dragging out negotiations, terrorizing our people with airstrikes, and intensifying assaults along the front line. The war continues only because Moscow does not want it to end.
Almost every day, Russian terrorists carry out hundreds of attacks on our critical and civilian infrastructure. This week alone, Russia has used more than 3,270 attack drones, 1,370 guided aerial bombs, and nearly 50 missiles of various types against Ukraine. We are constantly strengthening our defense and working with partners to enhance air defense: the PURL initiative, investments in Ukraine’s defense industry, bilateral and multilateral formats. Putin cannot be stopped with words – pressure is needed. The world sees that Russia responds to strength, which means that peace through strength can work. Ukraine will never grant terrorists any bounty for their crimes, and we count on our partners to uphold this very position. Decisive steps are needed from the United States, Europe, the G20 and G7 countries. Lives must be protected. I thank everyone who is helping in this effort.
