@Audi Customer service is terrible when we have called each month. They do not know where we are in the process or when it will be paid. Unacceptable for a "luxury" brand.

@Audi Audi performed a recall in 2022 of the oil strainers for its S6 sedans. This repair to the turbos in my car cost me approximately $10,000. We submitted the paperwork in 9/2022 and it was approved 10/2022. As of 3/2023 we are still waiting for reimbursement and no updates.
