@DavidJHarrisJr Of course He hears that prayer, but it doesn't mean that He sanctions the actions. However, studying the Bible will give you and education on the RIGHTEOUS wars that God DID sanction and the ones He did not. Case in point, study King David, regarded as a man who pursued God.
