@ColourMe_JADE@Snow_Blacck I’m sure you can look it up, but it certainly isn't telling someone you don’t want a relationship with them while keeping things ambiguous so you can still hook up
@KimberlyNFoster Caught me off guard but it’s not too surprising tbh. She’s always been very “I’m not like other black people”. I think the combination of not wanting to think of herself as marginalized and the feeling of rejection from the community for being “different” led to this mess
@6ixfiggazigga@thatsjustarah Am I crazy or is 3 years not even that long? Like talk about marriage if it’s important, but not enough time to say someone is dragging their feet. Also propose because you love your partner and not just to get wifey benefits but y’all forget you’re supposed to like your partner
@Aish970@GuyWhoConquers@FuriousNoah_ Yeah this was my problem with it, they didn’t try to show us anything through the plot, they just had the characters say whatever the message was supposed to be
@Jen30282684 Yeah I’ve lived with a house of 3 and a house of 5 where one person got COVID and managed not to spread it to the rest of us because we all took it seriously
@Jen30282684 You’re not supposed to test until about 4-5 days after you’ve been exposed. I’m surprised this isn’t common knowledge cuz it’s the first thing I looked up after being expose. No hate to you, this has just come up a lot recently
@melllyblanco@ZoeGawd Fr though how do people learn how to do this shit? I tried to go to a twerking class and the white girls were eating me up, I had to leave
@roddena_kirksey@keatingssixth We’re always telling women that it’s their fault and they should protect themselves, but we refuse to tell men to stop harming women. We can do both of those things, but we’ve had years to and we haven’t, it’s only ever on the woman
@roddena_kirksey@keatingssixth And it’s because we as a society treat this violence towards women as an inevitable reality instead of a direct consequence of the way men are socialized to be reckless and possessive
