If you love seeing Louisiana kids have incredibly emotional moments for LSU, today was a great day.

Seth Dardar graduated from Holy Cross in 2020. After spending most of his career at Columbia and making a stop at Kansas St, he finally made it home to his dream school LSU for his final year. After not getting the start, he pinch hits for his first at bat as a Tiger and blasts a two run HR when they absolutely needed it the most. He literally could not contain himself as he celebrated all the way around the bases. Pure joy. I can’t get over how incredible of a moment that was.

Then, after not stepping on the mound for 20 months, Gavin Guidry comes out of the bullpen to a standing ovation at the Box and strikes out five in a row. It was damn good to see that patented Guidry strut off the field while chirping the other team. Welcome back, #8.
