@parvita @jordanbpeterson Thanks Parvita, I’ve found that the experiences I’ve had have caused me to honestly interrogate whether I truly want to live a happy, healthy and fulfilled life. Some realizations really weren’t comfortable to discover, but it’s changed my life!

@jordanbpeterson I find myself able to generate happiness through vocalizing (to myself) things I am grateful for during my walks, despite how difficult this year has been, I have so much to be grateful for, that it is so easy for me to cry tears of Joy.

@jordanbpeterson Luckily I eventually got the surgery, but it was botched and my recovery has taken 3-4 times longer than average, and yet, yesterday I was able to stand up in my own apartment, in my own shower lift the opposite foot and wash it without pain, reservation or falling down. “I can”

@jordanbpeterson This week as ash from the Soufriere volcano descended in Barbados I had strength and energy to stand and sweep up quite a large area of my home, without pain for several hours. This happiness comes from the joy of my present and seeing how far I’ve come, and that I am useful.
